Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions (Interview Pass / Pro)

• Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund, no questions asked.
• After 7 days: No refund for the current month, but you can cancel anytime. Access continues until end of billing period.
• Subsequent months: No refunds for auto-renewals. Cancel before renewal date to avoid charges.

Annual Subscriptions

• Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund.
• After 7 days, within 30 days: Pro-rated refund minus one month at standard monthly rate.
• After 30 days: No refund. You can still cancel to prevent next year's renewal.

Credit Packs (Session Packs)

• Unused credits: Refundable within 30 days of purchase if zero credits have been used.
• Partially used: No refund once any credit from the pack has been consumed.
• Credits never expire.

Career Accelerator

• Before first coaching session: Full refund within 14 days.
• After first coaching session: 50% refund if requested within 14 days.
• After 14 days or second session: No refund.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email [email protected] with your registered email.
2. Include your reason (optional — helps us improve).
3. Refund processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method.

Exceptions

• Accounts suspended for abuse/ToS violation are not eligible for refunds.
• Promotional/discounted purchases follow the same policy based on amount actually paid.
• Free tier users — nothing to refund.
